- Unopened Items: For hygiene reasons, we accept returns only if the product is in its original, unopened packaging with the seal intact. Opened or worn goods cannot be refunded. Return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, excluding sale items, which are non-returnable.
- Damaged/Faulty Items: Notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or faulty item for an exchange or refund.
- Return Process: Contact us at info@diamonddolls.beauty before returning. Returns take up to 14 working days to process from the date of receipt at our location.
- Handmade Lashes: Our handmade lashes may have minor differences due to their unique creation process, not a fault but part of their individual charm.
- Required for Return: A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll email you to confirm its receipt. We'll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days (UK) and credited to your original payment method.

How To Book
Once you have selected and purchased the course of your choice, either by paying the deposit or full amount, we will contact you within 72 hours to discuss available dates for your course booking.
