Welcome to Diamond Dolls Beauty. By using our website, booking an appointment or enrolling in an academy course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Salon Appointments & Cancellations

Bookings made through our booking system (Fresha) require adherence to our cancellation policy. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24-48 hours notice may incur a fee as detailed during booking.

2. Academy Courses

Enrolment in Diamond Dolls Academy courses is subject to course availability and deposit payment. Course fees are non-refundable once training materials have been accessed or course attendance has commenced.

3. Shop Purchases

Products ordered via our online store are dispatched according to our shipping guidelines. Returns are accepted on unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
